Under Canvas

Under Canvas is a premier provider of upscale outdoor hospitality, offering luxurious glamping experiences near some of America's most iconic national parks and monuments. Founded in 2012, the company has expanded its footprint to include 13 safari-inspired camps across the United States.

Each camp is designed to immerse guests in nature while providing the comforts of home. Each Under Canvas location features custom-designed canvas tents equipped with amenities such as ensuite bathrooms with hot showers, plush king-size beds, contemporary furnishings, and wood-burning stoves or fireplaces.

Guests can enjoy nightly s'mores by the campfire, daily camp programming, and adventure add-ons, contributing to an unparalleled experience in nature.

In 2025, Under Canvas announced a record $50 million investment to enhance guest experiences and expand access to the outdoors. This includes opening two new camps: Under Canvas Yosemite, opening May 15, 2025, near the west entrance of Yosemite National Park, and Under Canvas Columbia River Gorge, opening May 29, 2025, in Washington's White Salmon River Valley.

Additionally, Under Canvas introduced "The Outdoor Collection," a portfolio of properties offering nature-based stays and experiences curated with place and purpose in mind. The first two properties are The Fields of Michigan in South Haven, Michigan, and Bar N Ranch in West Yellowstone, Montana.
