The Tin Building by Jean-Georges is a 53,000-square-foot culinary destination located at 96 South Street in New York City's Seaport District. This historic building was originally constructed in 1907 as the Fulton Fish Market. It has been meticulously restored and reimagined by renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten in partnership with The Howard Hughes Corporation.

The Tin Building offers a diverse array of dining and retail experiences. These include six full-service restaurants, six fast-casual counters, four bars, and a central marketplace featuring locally sourced seafood, meats, cheeses, produce, and ready-to-eat items.

The marketplace also includes specialty retail markets offering Jean-Georges-branded products such as sauces, oils, marinades, candies, chocolates, and gifts.

The building's design pays homage to its maritime heritage. It features interiors by Roman and Williams and lighting by L'Observatoire International.

A second-floor dining room and reception space also serves as The Tasting Studio—the Tin Building's broadcast studio for producing cooking segments and recording a daily Tin Building podcast.
