The Station Seafood Company, formerly known as Catfish Station, is a Houston-based restaurant specializing in Cajun-inspired seafood dishes. Founded in 2004 by Tre Thomas, the establishment began as a food truck offering fresh, made-to-order seafood with a unique homemade batter and signature sauces.
Over the years, The Station Seafood Company has expanded its offerings to include a variety of Cajun classics such as hand-battered seafood, shrimp and grits, blackened shrimp pasta, po'boys, gumbos, grits, boudin, pastas, salads, and tacos.
The restaurant is also known for its signature sauces, including The Original Catfish Station Tartar Sauce, creole remoulade, and homemade cocktail sauce. Patrons can enjoy liquor-based daiquiris in sizes ranging from 20 ounces to a gallon.
