The Commitment House LLC is a CARF and BBB-accredited substance abuse treatment center dedicated to providing person-centered programs that equip individuals with the tools necessary for long-term sobriety. Their mission focuses on transforming the way people live and think, fostering lasting recovery.

Services Offered

• Holistic, Person-Centered Treatment: Tailored for adults with poly-substance abuse disorders, including those with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions. The approach emphasizes non-judgmental, trauma-informed care.
• Detox with Residential Treatment: Provides medical withdrawal management and comfort medications for detoxification. The residential treatment lasts 28-30 days, offering a healing period to understand addiction and develop strategies for sustained sobriety.
• Residential Transitional Program: Following residential treatment, clients receive 24-hour support, participate in 12-step meetings, and attend clinical group sessions five days a week. This phase lasts approximately four weeks and aids in reintegration into society.
• Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): Clients reside in a sober living environment with 24-hour supervision, attending groups five days a week for five hours daily. The program duration is 4-6 weeks and includes 12-step work, peer support, and case management services.
• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): After PHP, clients step down to IOP, residing in sober living with 24-hour supervision. They attend groups three hours per day, three days per week, for eight weeks, with ongoing case management and peer support.
• Outpatient Program (OP): The final phase involves attending clinical groups once a week for three hours while residing in sober living with 24-hour support and supervision. The focus is establishing a discharge plan to work towards independent, self-sufficient living.

• Elizabethtown, KY: Central Business Office and Parkway Residential Facility.
• Lexington, KY: Residential Program and Community Programs at various locations.
• Clarksville, IN: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Community Program.
