The South Burlington School District (SBSD) is a PreK-12 public education system located in South Burlington, Vermont. Serving approximately 2,600 students, the district comprises five schools:
- Three elementary schools: Gertrude Chamberlin School, Orchard School, and Rick Marcotte Central School
- Frederick H. Tuttle Middle School

The union cited a toxic working relationship between the superintendent's office and staff as the reason for the pressure.
