The original Sant Ambroeus restaurant opened in Milan in 1936, quickly becoming a favorite among locals and visitors alike.

In 1982, the brand expanded to the United States with its first location on Madison Avenue in New York City. Over the years, Sant Ambroeus has grown to include multiple locations across New York City, the Hamptons, Palm Beach, and Aspen.

The restaurants offer a refined dining experience combining traditional Milanese dishes with contemporary flair.

Signature Brands

Casa Lever is located in the iconic Lever House on Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. This elegant restaurant offers a sophisticated setting with a menu inspired by classic Milanese cuisine.

The interior design blends the building's rich history with modern elements, reflecting the essence of Italian dining.

Felice brings the spirit of the Italian countryside to urban settings with locations in New York City, Brooklyn, and Florida.

It offers a cozy atmosphere, an extensive Italian-driven wine list, and a menu of authentic Tuscan dishes. The brand is beloved for its quality and authenticity.

Expansion and New Locations

The group is set to open its first Miami location in late 2025 at the base of the Fifth Miami Beach development in the South of Fifth neighborhood.

This new restaurant will occupy over 7,000 square feet and is designed by Giampiero Tagliaferri, renowned for his work with luxury brands.

The Miami location will provide a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere, bringing refined Milanese cuisine to the vibrant Miami market.

Sant Ambroeus also plans to debut in Dallas, Texas, with a new location in the Knox Street neighborhood.

The Dallas restaurant will be approximately 7,800 square feet, featuring all-day dining and dedicated outdoor patio seating.

This location is expected to open in 2026, marking a significant milestone in the group’s expansion.
