RPM Italian - Las Vegas

RPM Italian is a contemporary Italian restaurant located within The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. The restaurant is a collaboration between celebrity couple Bill and Giuliana Rancic and the Melman siblings—R.J., Jerrod, and Molly—of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises.

At the heart of RPM Italian's menu is its house-made pasta program, featuring over a dozen different fresh artisan pastas crafted daily. Signature dishes include Mama DePandi’s Pomodoro with Genovese basil and Rigatoni Alla Vodka.

The menu also offers a wide selection of antipasti, crudo, steaks, chops, simply-grilled fish, and Italian classics, all designed for sharing.

The restaurant boasts an extensive wine list curated by Wine Director Richard Hanauer, focusing on the best of Italy and the West Coast, with an emphasis on Italy’s greatest vineyards. Handcrafted cocktails, such as the Olive Oil Martini, are also available.

Design and Ambience

Designed in partnership with the award-winning Rockwell Group, the modern and plush space features a 26-seat, marble-topped bar and lounge area reminiscent of an Italian garden. The main dining room offers views of the expansive open kitchen.

The restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 10 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 11 AM to 10 PM.
