Strategic Partnerships and Growth

In January 2023, PHM expanded its third-party management business by forming a long-term partnership with Savannah-based HOS Management. This collaboration involved operating nine hotels, primarily in the Southeast, under Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brands, with potential for additional locations in the future.

PHM's growth strategy also includes strategic acquisitions. In March 2022, the company acquired seven premium-branded hotels for approximately $135 million, adding 829 rooms to its portfolio.

These properties, including Hilton and Marriott-branded hotels, were integrated into PHM's operations, further solidifying its presence in key markets.
