Paladar Restaurant Group is a dynamic hospitality company renowned for its vibrant Latin American culinary experiences. Established in 2007, the group introduced Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar, a concept that brings the bold flavors and rich cultures of Central and South America, Cuba, and the Latin Caribbean to the United States.

The name "Paladar" is inspired by the Cuban term for a small, family-run restaurant, reflecting the group's commitment to providing an intimate and authentic dining experience. The inaugural Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar opened in Cleveland, Ohio, on August 2, 2007, marking the beginning of a journey to share Latin American cuisine with a broader audience.

The group's menu features freshly prepared guacamole, slow-roasted and grilled meats, fresh seafood, and homemade salsas. The rhythm of Latin music sets the tone at their unique rum bar, which offers fresh muddled mojitos, over 75 selections of rum, and an approachable and exciting wine list.

Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar is devoted to purposely creating food that shows customers they care about quality and nutrition. They are dedicated to finding the highest quality ingredients with a focus on responsible sourcing, supporting farms that practice humane animal treatment and avoid using antibiotics and added hormones whenever possible.

In addition to Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar, Paladar Restaurant Group also owns Bomba Tacos & Rum, a sister concept that opened in Rocky River, Ohio, on April 17, 2015. Bomba offers a more casual dining experience with a focus on tacos and rum, expanding the group's reach and appeal.
