In December 2023, Heritage Golf Group acquired Old Hickory Golf Club, marking it as their 34th acquisition in less than four years.

This acquisition aligns with Heritage's strategy to expand its presence in the St. Louis area, complementing their existing properties, WingHaven Country Club and The Legends Country Club.

The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner, with a Sunday breakfast buffet available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Reservations are recommended.

Executive Chef

Chef Jack MacMurray III, the Executive Chef, brings extensive experience to The Bistro.

• Since 1993, he has cooked for dignitaries and served as an executive chef in St. Louis for over two decades.
• He has taught at local cooking schools and won prestigious awards including the 2009 Mardi Gras Cajun cook-off, the 2010 Taste of St. Louis Battle Chef Royale, and the World Food Championship in 2021 and 2024.
