Nubeluz by José Andrés is an exclusive cocktail destination located on the 50th floor of The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. Opened on September 24, 2022, this rooftop bar offers a unique blend of sophisticated design, innovative cocktails, and panoramic views of the New York City skyline.
The name "Nubeluz" is derived from the Spanish words "nube" (cloud) and "luz" (light), reflecting the establishment's ethereal ambiance. Designed by globally renowned architect Rafael Viñoly and brought to life by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the space features reflective surfaces, indulgent textiles, and life-enhancing lighting.
This creates a modern and sophisticated take on New York's glamorous past.
Cocktail Program
The cocktail program at Nubeluz is led by Miguel Lancha, José Andrés Group's Cocktail Innovator and creative force behind the acclaimed barmini by José Andrés.
The menu blends heritage and innovation in each creation, such as the stunning Foggy Hill made with Del Maguey Vida mezcal, Yzaguirre 1884 Gran Reserva vermouth, Cynar, Aperol, and a dazzling orange-thyme aromatic cloud.
Spirit-free libations like the Firefly, featuring Gnista Barreled Oak, saffron, Thai basil, Thai chili tincture, and Fever Tree Indian tonic, are also available.

In addition to innovative cocktails, Nubeluz offers a selection of light bites, including:
- Grilled Cheese with thyme and honey mustard
- Bagel & Lox Cone with cream cheese, marinated salmon roe, and black sesame
- Jamón Ibérico de Bellota Cinco Jotas - hand-carved, free-range, 100% ibérico ham from the legendary pigs of Spain served with airbread and tomate fresco

Hours and Reservations
Nubeluz is open Sunday through Wednesday from 4pm to midnight, and Thursday through Saturday until 1 am. Reservations are required to visit this exclusive venue.
