HOALiving

HOALiving is a comprehensive network of community association management and service companies dedicated to enhancing the quality of life within homeowner associations (HOAs), condominium owner associations (COAs), property owner associations (POAs), and various other community entities. Established in 1999 by CEO Michael Johnson and his wife, Amy, the company began as Future Community Services, Inc. and has since evolved into a leading provider of HOA management services across multiple states.

With a team of over 130 employees operating across seven states, HOALiving manages more homes and associations than any other locally or nationally owned company in the regions they serve. They are often the only portfolio Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) in the areas they operate.

Services Offered

HOALiving offers a wide range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each community they serve, including:

• Administrative Management: computerized contract administration, maintenance work order documentation and tracking, compliance enforcement, member correspondence, new member welcome packets, community websites, board meeting preparation and attendance, annual membership meeting administration, operational review of governing documents, and developer transition support.
• Financial Reporting: assessment billing (monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually), credit card and e-check payment options, budget preparation, customized financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable processing, comprehensive financial statements with variance analysis, and long-range reserve analysis.
• Maintenance: assistance in preparation of long-range management plans, preparation of bid specifications for contract services, supervision of contract services, documented property inspections, 24-hour dispatch and maintenance service, and risk management.
• Education: HOA education workshops for owners, monthly board member training sessions, and board certification workshops to equip community leaders with effective management skills.
