Other
Fogo de Chão Churrascaria (Chicago) LLC is a renowned Brazilian steakhouse located in Chicago's River North neighborhood. Established in 2008, it offers an authentic Southern Brazilian dining experience, specializing in churrasco—a traditional method of roasting high-quality meats over an open flame.
The restaurant features an expansive dining area that can accommodate over 300 guests, complemented by a White Carrara marble Market Table and a beautifully decorated Bar Fogo. Private spaces are also available for events, making it an ideal venue for both casual dining and special occasions.
The menu showcases a variety of fire-roasted meats, including Picanha (prime part of the sirloin), Filet, Lamb Chops, Ribeye, and Chicken, all carved tableside by Brazilian-trained gaucho chefs. Accompanying these meats is a gourmet salad and sides bar featuring over 30 selections, such as smoked salmon, sun-dried tomatoes, hearts of palm, tabbouleh salad, jumbo asparagus, cured meats, artisan breads, and imported cheeses.
A fan favorite is the Pão de Queijo, authentic Brazilian cheese bread made from yucca flour that is also gluten-free.
To enhance the dining experience, patrons can enjoy a glass of wine from an extensive and award-winning list or an authentic Brazilian cocktail. The restaurant also offers delivery and pick-up services, allowing guests to enjoy the Fogo experience at home.
