Fogo de Chão is currently seeking dedicated and energetic Bussers to join its team and contribute to the seamless dining experience that exemplifies the restaurant's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Bussers play a vital role in the day-to-day operations by supporting the service staff and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area to ensure guests’ unparalleled comfort and satisfaction.
This position offers a fixed hourly rate of $16.60, along with eligibility to receive tips, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals seeking a rewarding hospitality career. As a Busser, you will work in a fast-paced environment where your responsibilities will include replenishing essential table items such as ice water, cheese rolls, and side dishes, executing efficient table cleanup and setup, and transporting trays from the dining room to the dishwashing area. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining service stations and complete opening and closing duties, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily restaurant service. Your ability to manage competing demands and put guests first directly influences the memorable dining experience for which Fogo de Chão is renowned.

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
Job Duties
- provide server support by maintaining ice water cheese rolls side dishes and other items as directed at each table
- execute table cleanup and setup in an efficient manner
- transport trays from the dining room to the dishwashing area
- complete any beginning or closing shift duties
- assist in maintaining each service station
- manage competing demands while putting the guest first
