Fayetteville's Hometown Utility, officially known as the Fayetteville Public Works Commission (PWC), is a municipally owned utility serving the Fayetteville and Cumberland County area in North Carolina. Established on March 4, 1905, PWC provides essential services, including electric, water, and wastewater utilities, to the local community.

As the 38th largest municipal electric utility in the United States, PWC is committed to delivering reliable and efficient services. The organization has been recognized by the American Public Power Association (APPA) for outstanding system reliability, earning the RP3 Diamond Designation six times.
