Dunkin' Donuts has a history of expansion in Alabama and Mississippi. In 2018, Lagunita Franchise Operations, LLC (LFO), led by Damon Dunn, signed a multi-unit development agreement to open seven new restaurants in Montgomery, Alabama. The first two locations were scheduled to open in 2019.
