He launched his first restaurant in 2000 and has received awards like Businessman of the Year and the IFMA Silver Plate Award in 2022. He is involved in community organizations including the Boys and Girls Club.
• Johnny Pappas: A restaurateur and entrepreneur from Charlotte, NC, Johnny has over a decade of experience in fine establishments. In 2010, he partnered with Sammy Gianopoulos to form Crisp Hospitality Group, aiming to operate multiple dining concepts that honor the past, excite the present, and sustain the future.
