Chopt Creative Salad Company, commonly known as Chopt, is a fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in fresh, customizable salads, warm grain bowls, and wraps. Founded in 2001 by college friends Tony Shure and Colin McCabe, Chopt has grown significantly.

It started from its original location in New York City's Union Square and now boasts over 90 locations across the United States. These include cities and states such as New York City, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Connecticut, New Jersey, Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama.
