The menu, curated by acclaimed Chef Daniel Ontiveros, showcases dry-aged American cuts and Japanese-certified Wagyu steaks. In addition to Carversteak, Carver Road Hospitality has introduced several other notable concepts. Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club, located in Salt Lake City, is a 17,500-square-foot multi-concept venue including a restaurant, multiple bars, private karaoke and golf simulator rooms, and a central sporting club/nightclub. Designed by DesignAgency, the venue offers a diverse culinary experience under the guidance of Culinary Director Jeannine Glass.
