• Chaparral: This amaro features a warm, bright herbal flavor with a long-lasting mint and anise finish. Ingredients include yerba santa, bay, spearmint, and cardamom, reflecting the coastal foothills and mountain slopes of California.
• Orchards: Offering juicy apricot and candied orange flavors with notes of warm spices and walnuts. Inspired by California's fertile apricot, walnut, and almond valleys, key ingredients include apricots, walnuts, Meyer lemon, orange, and cinnamon.
• Woodlands: Features flavors of dark fruits and berries, complemented by a chocolaty undertone and a woodsy bitterness. It evokes the live oak woodlands along the California coast and contains elderberry, cocoa nibs, black fig, and citrus.
