Recent Acquisitions

In October 2022, BrightPet expanded its offerings by acquiring Bravo! Pet Foods, a pioneer in frozen raw and freeze-dried pet diets.

This strategic acquisition enhanced BrightPet's capabilities in high-growth market segments and bolstered its branded portfolio.

In June 2023, BrightPet further strengthened its position by acquiring Raw Advantage Processing, a family-owned co-manufacturer based in Salem, Oregon.

This acquisition provided BrightPet with an operational base on the U.S. West Coast, complementing its existing Midwest and East Coast production facilities.
