Service Coordinator Experience Requirements & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards specifically applicable to service coordination and delivery
  • Ability to use office computer software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Proficiency in resolving conflicts among clients or team members in a constructive manner
  • Good customer service skills
  • Possess strong work ethic, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and multitask
  • Capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers or clients
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
