  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs to workable technician orders
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with a team of mechanics
  • Ability to drive vehicles with both automatic and manual transmission
  • Possess physical strength and stamina to remain standing or moving for an entire shift

Service Advisor Education & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; having an associate’s degree in mechanics or a related field is advantageous
