Salary: $17–$22/hour

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, with the possibility of overtime beyond 40 hours per week

Order Filler Duties & Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack items based on customer orders
Use barcodes and inventory systems to identify and retrieve products for timely delivery
Pull items from inventory stock to prepare for shipping
Shrink-wrap breakable items before packing for shipment
Stock and restock inventory to maintain optimal warehouse organization
Ensure assigned batch and inventory lists are accurate for efficient order processing
Follow safety guidelines when pulling and packing items for shipment, using operational equipment
Inspect items for damage prior to packing for shipment to maintain product quality
Input inventory information into warehouse or distribution center databases for accurate record-keeping

Order Filler Experience Requirements & Skills

Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes is a plus
Attention to detail and accuracy in selecting and packing items
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Strong organizational skills for stocking and restocking inventory
Inspection skills to identify and report damaged items
Data entry skills for inputting inventory information into databases
Basic math skills for accurate inventory management
Endurance and capability to lift and move heavy objects

Order Filler Education & Qualification Requirements

Certification or training in warehouse operations is a plus
