According to May 2025 data from CoStar, U.S. Hotel Performance remained mostly steady compared to the previous year. The Occupancy Rate was at 65.3%, a slight decrease of 0.7%.
The Average Daily Rate (ADR) increased by 0.8% to US$162.72 while RevPAR saw minimal growth of 0.1%, totaling US$106.30. Among the Top 25 Markets, New York City experienced the highest occupancy at 87.9% despite a -1.0% decline.

Four Seasons Announces Naples Beach Club Opening in 2025

Four Seasons has revealed plans for its new Naples Beach Club, set to open in October 2025 on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Located on 1,000 feet of pristine sand in Old Naples, it will be the company's first resort in the area.
The project includes 220 rooms, 95 residences, five dining venues, a spa, racquet sports and extensive event space. The development is a partnership between BDT & MSD Partners, The Athens Group and Four Seasons, on the site of the former Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club.
The resort will offer a variety of amenities such as private beachside cabanas, pools and cultural attractions nearby like Everglades National Park and Naples Botanical Gardens. The hotel aims to become a social hub for locals and visitors alike, blending luxury with local charm.
