- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for documentation purposes

- Implement and maintain document version control systems to track changes and updates systematically
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain approvals for document releases and ensure adherence to established versioning protocols
- Conduct thorough reviews of documents to identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies and compliance issues
- Ensure that all documentation complies with industry standards, regulations and internal quality guidelines
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) to organize and categorize documentation for easy retrieval and access
- Implement tagging and indexing strategies to enhance the searchability and navigability of documentation repositories
- Create and maintain documentation templates to ensure a consistent and professional format across all materials
- Provide guidance to team members on template use and adherence to established standards
- Address and resolve documentation-related issues promptly, working collaboratively with stakeholders to implement effective solutions

Documentation Specialist Experience Requirements & Skills
