• Develop and implement strategies for effective data collection, storage, processing and analysis

• Provide guidance and training to staff on proper data handling and usage best practices

Data Manager Experience Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Manager
• In-depth knowledge of data management principles, techniques and best practices
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract valuable insights from complex data sets
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies
• Familiarity with data protection regulations and the ability to implement and enforce security measures
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and the ability to devise effective strategies to overcome data-related challenges
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity
• Leadership skills to guide and train staff in data handling best practices
• Project management skills to ensure the successful implementation of data initiatives

Data Manager Education & Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related discipline
• Additional certifications in data management or related fields (e.g., Certified Information Management Professional, Certified Data Management Professional) are a plus
