Salary: $80,000–$110,000 a year

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, with the possibility of overtime beyond 40 hours per week

Business Analyst Duties & Responsibilities

  • Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness in project implementation
  • Manage projects, develop project plans and monitor performance.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Update, implement and maintain procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Business Analyst Experience Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with the latest tools and software used in business analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in documentation and report writing
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to provide guidance and coaching
  • Attention to detail with a sharp focus on identifying opportunities for process improvement

Business Analyst Education & Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
