Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: Dating all the way back to 1930, The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel is one of the most famous five-star accommodations in NYC. They are currently looking for an Executive Sous Chef (aka Head Chef) who will help the Executive Chef oversee all in-house dining services and facilities.

Requirements: At least five years of overall kitchen experience in a luxury establishment; culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and professional experience; extensive knowledge of local and international cuisines; prior experience as an Executive Sous Chef or equivalent strongly preferred
