Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or retail customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely
- Capable of maintaining cash drawer accuracy
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to follow all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash accurately
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Dependability and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings, weekdays, and weekends
Job Duties
- Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers
- Be pleasant and alert to customer needs
- Greet guests as they enter restaurant or drive thru
- Initiate and complete customer transactions quickly and accurately through the drive thru
- Process customer transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift
- Assemble and deliver orders to customers quickly and efficiently
- Keep entire work area clean and sanitary throughout the shift
- Prepare products quickly and accurately while following all preparation, health and safety standards
- Operate and maintain food, drink and treat related equipment and registers properly and safely
- Complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of work area
- Stock and execute proper rotation of products
- Assist with end of day cleaning
- Work as a team member to assure consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value to each customer
- Wash counters, tables, restrooms, trash receptacles, gather trash and remove from dining/service areas
- Sweep, mop, stock and other cleaning tasks
- Occasionally perform outside cleaning and maintenance tasks such as trash removal and parking lot pick-up
- Inform immediate supervisor promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Perform other duties as requested by management or shift leaders
- Answer customer questions about product ingredients and preparation
- Suggest appropriate items to complement customer orders
- Assist in achieving guest satisfaction by adhering to standards for quality, value, service, and cleanliness
- Maintain positive working relationships with restaurant employees and customers
- Communicate all significant issues with management staff
