Position: Beverage Director
About: Sunnygun and Moneygun, part of 16 On Center, are seeking a diligent and experienced Beverage Manager to oversee all bar operations, provide guidance to the bar teams, maintain quality service standards, and collaborate on menu development and event planning alongside the 16OC Beverage Director.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bar Manager or similar role with previous supervisory/management experience; State or County License or Certification Requirement (BASSET) or Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent; Flexible schedule – Must be available late nights, weekends, and holidays; POS management experience; Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques; Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills; Ability to interact with guests positively and with a safety-minded approach; Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
