Job Requirements
- CPR and AED certification
- experience leading group fitness classes
- passion for motivating others
- insured or willing to obtain liability insurance
- availability for weekday evening classes 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Job Qualifications
- A passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others
- experienced in leading group fitness classes (Zumba and/or Barre)
- CPR and AED certified (required)
- fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)
- insured or willing to obtain liability insurance
Job Duties
- Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun Zumba
- arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
- use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance
- represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
- build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
