Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS)
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain internal company vehicle operation approval
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to travel 35% including overnight and weekends
- Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to obtain certification for Subaru Foundation (Sales and Service)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and volunteers
- Working knowledge of retailer capital and facility guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS)
- 2-4 years’ relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Subaru computer systems such as Business Intelligence, Foundations, and Ascent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills working with spreadsheets, databases, and reports
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
- Knowledge of retailer capital and facility guidelines
- Professionalism and knowledge of Subaru products
- Ability to manage volunteer workers
Job Duties
- Create presentations and decks for retailer meetings including Planning for Success, Executive Kick-off, and Grassroots meetings
- Manage event planning including vendor selection, creative executions, and promotional item orders
- Control inventory of promotional items, opt-ins, brochures, and Subaru information
- Manage event budgets and invoice processing, coordinate volunteer and retailer participation, and develop contingency plans
- Analyze program incentives, training initiatives, product launches, and workshop data for retailer visits
- Execute special projects involving data analysis and reporting using Subaru systems
- Maintain zone office functionality and respond to correspondence, complaints, and emergencies
- Update National Field Operations with sales estimates and traffic reports
- Compile and track data for retailer development activities and documentation
- Attend training activities to enhance Subaru program and product knowledge
- Maintain training progress tracking and related reporting
- Manage marketing and pool vehicle activities and documentation
- Coordinate approval of Subaru vehicle drivers
- Prepare and coordinate new retailer launch activities and training sessions
