Job Requirements

  • available for work any day of the week or shift
  • willing to work at any store location with reliable transportation
  • able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally
  • able to stand or walk up to 9 hours
  • capable of wrist and hand movements, reaching, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling
  • strong time management and attention to detail
  • must pass drug screening, pre-employment physical, and recent TB test
  • able to work in temperatures from 0 to 95 degrees
  • able to work around cooking equipment producing smoke

Job Duties

  • manage the operating plan of a single, complex unit
  • maintain effective training programs for employees and managers
  • focus on continuous improvement of in-store processes
  • hire and onboard talent to meet staffing needs and brand standards
  • conduct progressive discipline for managers and employees
  • align with and practice company mission, vision, and core values
  • establish goals and priorities aligned with company objectives
  • achieve and improve service quality, safety, and training
  • use data to identify opportunities and develop action plans
  • implement actions to meet productivity, customer satisfaction, food cost, quality, and safety guidelines
  • ensure new-hire training and cross-training programs
  • coach and develop assistant managers and supervisors
  • follow processes for performance issues and counsel employees
