Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and stand for long periods
  • Ability to safely relocate up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Ability to ascend and descend between basement and main floor
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and schedules

Job Duties

  • Clean counters, sinks, equipment, floors, restrooms following a detailed checklist
  • Follow weekly deep cleaning schedule
  • Properly handle food service equipment
  • Use cleaning supplies and chemicals correctly
  • Demonstrate proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment
  • Work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and punch in and out correctly
  • Follow proper procedure for sick calls and schedule requests
  • Treat customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect
  • Minimize risk of injury to self or others by taking no careless action
  • Recognize and acknowledge errors and potential quality problems
  • Maintain Roadhouse standards of safety and ethics
  • Adhere to the highest standards of service while assisting Restaurant Operations
  • Demonstrate commitment to the success of the business and team members
  • Take responsibility for the effectiveness of training
