Job Requirements
- Availability to work weekends, mornings, and holidays
- Ability to move and position self around kitchen, basement, and dining floor during shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, and remain upright for long periods
- Ability to safely lift up to 65 lbs
- Ability to ascend and descend between basement and dining floor
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Arrives on time for all scheduled shifts, meetings, and classes
- Efficiently washes plates, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans utilizing automatic dishwasher and 3 compartment sink
- Properly unloads, sorts, and stores clean dishes
- Sweeps, scrubs and mops floors
- Cleans floor mats, drains, walls, shelves, windows and restrooms
- Cleans and sanitizes foodservice equipment
- Sorts and removes trash, recycling, and compostables to designated pickup areas outside of the building
- Stocks and replenishes cleaning supplies and chemicals
- Demonstrates proper usage and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Follows and complies with all applicable health and sanitation procedures as well as Zingerman's safety guidelines
- Follows and upholds all of Zingerman's Roadhouse standards
- Assists in kitchen prep as directed
- Performs other tasks as directed by leadership
