Job Requirements
- must have experience cooking and preparing food in a commercial kitchen
- must meet availability requirements including working a minimum of three shifts per week
- able to work overnight shifts from 8pm to 6am
- must be 18 years of age or older
- physically active with ability to bend, lift, and stand for full shifts
- ability to read and speak English fluently
- comfortable following written and verbal instructions
- reliable transportation
- availability for both full-time and part-time work
- willing to work in fast-paced, repetitive task environment
- preferred weekend and open availability
- ServSafe certification is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prep food in a commercial kitchen
- support production of food items including making and packaging Spiced Pecans
- prepare and serve meals to staff
- set up and tear down meal service areas
- clean kitchen and employee break rooms including washing dishes and wiping surfaces
- sweep and mop floors
- follow checklists and standard operating procedures to maintain food safety and cleanliness
