Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience
- high-volume kitchen experience preferred
- ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- sense of urgency and attention to detail
- ownership and responsibility for station and tasks
- commitment to a long-term role of 2 or more years
- punctuality and reliability
- ability to work calmly under pressure and support teammates
- able to lift 50 lbs
- able to stand for an 8-hour shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food accurately and efficiently following recipes and standards

- contribute ideas and energy to continuously improve kitchen systems and culture
