Job Requirements

1-2 years of professional kitchen experience
high-volume kitchen experience preferred
ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
sense of urgency and attention to detail
ownership and responsibility for station and tasks
commitment to a long-term role of 2 or more years
punctuality and reliability
ability to work calmly under pressure and support teammates
able to lift 50 lbs
able to stand for an 8-hour shift
