Job Requirements
- Full time availability
- ability to work 8 hour shifts starting between 4am and 7am
- weekend availability including required Saturdays
- holiday availability
- full availability during October, November, and December
- ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
- ability to stand, lift, and bend for 8 hour shifts
- comfortable with repetitive motion
- comfortable working in warm and humid environment
Job Qualifications
- No prior baking experience needed
- ability to work well with others in a team environment
- ability to self-manage and work independently
- good time management skills with punctual arrival
- ability to follow verbal instructions
- willingness to be flexible with schedule
Job Duties
- Work quickly and with a sense of urgency
- ability to multi-task
- accurately scale dough
- hand-shape multiple types of dough
- prepare ingredients and set up equipment for baking
- load and unload bread in the ovens
- monitor proofing and baking process
