- willingness to work shifts from 7 am to 1 am
- physical ability to stand, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours with breaks
- capacity to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
- ability to work in warm, humid, and fast-paced environment
- no prior dishwashing experience required

Job Duties
- loading 140 quart mixing bowls into industrial dish washing machine
- running smallwares through conveyor style industrial dish washing machine
- hand washing coffee cake pans in 3 compartment sink
- monitoring and logging temperatures of dish machines
- putting away dry dishes
- keeping dish area floor dry
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in dishwashing area
