Job Requirements
- 8 hours shifts between 12pm to 10pm
- full time availability 40 hours per week
- weekend availability
- holiday availability
- full availability in October, November and December
- able to read and follow recipes
- strong attention to detail and follow through skills
- reliable team player with great attendance
- able to work independently and manage time on tasks
- able to follow verbal and written instructions
- measures ingredients accurately using a digital scale
- has good basic math skills
- mix the dough accurately for baking
- hand-shapes multiple types of dough
- able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
- able to stand, lift and bend for duration of an 8 hour shift
- comfortable with repetitive motion activities
- comfortable in an 82 degree environment at all times
