Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- One year of work experience involving public contact
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to lift and push heavy carts up to 200 pounds over uneven terrain
- Willingness to obtain Special Police Commission and Badge

Job Duties
- Operate a panel truck to collect money from parking meters
- Lift and push carts with storage boxes on uneven and uphill terrain
- Inspect parking meters for proper operation and report defects
- Educate the public on meter use, parking rules, and traffic ordinances
- Direct traffic in parking facilities during peak periods
- Issue citations for parking violations
- Deposit money at designated banks and prepare collection documentation
- Maintain assigned vehicle and prepare daily vehicle logs
