Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- complete in-store training program
- work 10-25 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to complete in-store training program
- strong communication skills
- basic math skills for cash handling
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods
Job Duties
- Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests
- explain menu and answer product questions for all guests
- enter guests orders accurately into the POS system
- accept payments from guest and make change correctly
- operate the cash register and be responsible for cash receipts
- present orders to guest, properly packaged and with all necessary accompaniment and utensils
- thank all guest for their business
- generate additional sales by suggesting additional menu items to the guest
- stock adequate supplies of paper goods, condiments, beverages, etc. for serving the guest
- prep drinks and assist in prepping items such as sauces, salads, produce, etc.
- clean all guest areas
- inform management when any front-of-house equipment needs service or inventory is needed
- remove trash from waste receptacles
- answer telephone calls and take orders over the telephone
