Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • complete in-store training program
  • work 10-25 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • ability to complete in-store training program
  • strong communication skills
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • customer service experience preferred
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests
  • explain menu and answer product questions for all guests
  • enter guests orders accurately into the POS system
  • accept payments from guest and make change correctly
  • operate the cash register and be responsible for cash receipts
  • present orders to guest, properly packaged and with all necessary accompaniment and utensils
  • thank all guest for their business
  • generate additional sales by suggesting additional menu items to the guest
  • stock adequate supplies of paper goods, condiments, beverages, etc. for serving the guest
  • prep drinks and assist in prepping items such as sauces, salads, produce, etc.
  • clean all guest areas
  • inform management when any front-of-house equipment needs service or inventory is needed
  • remove trash from waste receptacles
  • answer telephone calls and take orders over the telephone
