Job Requirements
- Part-time seasonal availability
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate
- Current Sips and Tips certification
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable in winter weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends

- Ability to obtain and maintain current, valid state-required licenses and or certifications such as Food Handler's Certificate and Sips and Tips
- Capable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Capable of being out in winter weather and able to help haul restaurant items up to Yurt
Job Duties
- Assist servers and chef in anything needed
- Be knowledgeable about the menu and be able to make recommendations and answer guests' questions
- Able to drive and transport guests when needed
- Snowshoe at end of group and ensure everyone stays together safely
- Make cocktails, pour wine, tableside wine service, etc.
- Help the restaurant manager, kitchen staff, and other servers when needed and complete additional tasks as needed (i.e., shoveling patio)
- Close and clean the restaurant and prepare for food service the next day
- Bus tables and aid in service
- Bring down dishes and help with closing duties at the end of the night
