  • administer in-flight medical care including first aid, CPR, and AED use
  • deliver exceptional customer service
  • provide meal and beverage services
  • anticipate passenger needs
  • resolve conflicts and manage special requests
  • collaborate with diverse crew members, gate agents, and pilots to ensure smooth flight operations
  • assist in maintaining on-time departures
