- conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
- enforce FAA regulations
- execute emergency evacuations
- manage turbulence protocols
- respond to security threats
- administer in-flight medical care including first aid, CPR, and AED use
- deliver exceptional customer service
- provide meal and beverage services
- anticipate passenger needs
- resolve conflicts and manage special requests
- collaborate with diverse crew members, gate agents, and pilots to ensure smooth flight operations
- assist in maintaining on-time departures
