Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- reliable transportation
- valid Ohio driver’s license and car insurance
- fewer than 6 points in the last three years on motor vehicle record
- ability to push, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities including climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching

Job Duties
- Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of their life
- completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- providing personal care assistance
- fostering increased independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety
- overseeing and guiding staff as a team lead
- ensuring compliance with care and safety protocols
