Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including mornings afternoons and evenings monday through sunday
- ability to engage with children ages 2 to 8 effectively
- physical ability to stand jog and actively participate in coaching sessions
- reliable transportation to and from coaching locations
- ability to obtain all required state clearances prior to employment
- strong communication skills to interact with children families and coworkers effectively
Job Qualifications
- no prior sports coaching experience required
- genuine passion for children and sports

- ability to adapt to the needs of kids ages 2 to 8
- access to reliable transportation

Job Duties
- bring soccer island alive with enthusiasm and creativity
- conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old including field set-up and take-down
- encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
- utilize expert-created soccer shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
- foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols
- communicate effectively with families caregivers and teachers
