Job Requirements

- Minimum three years youth ministry experience preferred
- College degree preferred

Job Duties
- Develop healthy relationships with adults and teens
- Build vibrant community relationships with the local and chapel communities
- Serve as a role model and engage in incarnational ministry
- Develop outreach programs for unchurched teens
- Discipleship of Christian youth
- Lead and equip volunteers in youth programs
- Adapt to high turnover in military communities
