Job Requirements
- Minimum three years' youth ministry experience preferred
- college degree preferred
- willingness to make a three-year commitment
- willingness to raise part of the budget through personal support
- ability to live near the community where ministry is conducted
- energetic and committed to relational ministry
- teachable heart
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in high turnover military environment

Job Duties
- Develop healthy relationships with adults and teens
- build relationships with local community, military installation, and chapel community
- act as a role model and assist with community outreach to unchurched teens
- disciple Christian teens
- lead and equip volunteers to conduct hands-on middle and high school youth programs
- work well in a high turnover environment
- embrace and respect military culture
