Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- three years youth ministry experience preferred
- commitment to a Christian faith and lifestyle
- willingness to relocate and live near military community
- ability to raise part of personal support funds
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- energetic and resilient personality
- event planning capabilities
- readiness to commit for three years
- teachable and open to growth

- commitment to a three-year ministry term
- minimum three years youth ministry experience preferred
- college degree preferred

Job Duties
- Actively develop healthy relationships with adults and teens and build vibrant community relations with military and chapel groups
- serve as an incarnational role model by living out Christian values in daily life
- assist with community outreach to unchurched teens and disciple Christian youth
- lead and equip volunteers to conduct hands-on youth programs for middle and high school students
- adapt to high turnover rates due to military operational tempos affecting teens, families, chaplains, and volunteers
- respect and embrace military culture as an integral part of community identity
- uphold Club Beyond Core Values by promoting professionalism, stewardship, and ecumenical ministry
